WARRANTY EXPLAINED

  • 10-year warranty for white PVC profiles and film or painted profiles against discoloration or severe warping due to manufacturing and/or assembly defects.
  • 2-year warranty on hardware against breakage of latches due to manufacturing and/or assembly defects.
  • 10-year warranty for the glass against loss of insulation or defects in the coating due to manufacturing and/or installation flaws.
  • 5-year warranty on the window's manufacture, covering manufacturing and/or assembly defects (duly proven) upon its conversion.
  • 2-year warranty to tune windows and doors that are not closing or opening normally.
  • 2-year warranty for shutters, blinds and electric motors against breakage and manufacturing flaws.
